Top surf life savers line up for Aussies

One of the most iconic events on the Australian Surf Life Saving calendar kicks off on the Gold Coast on Monday (March 26). The Australian Surf Life Saving Championships will be held at the highly popular surf spot Kurrawa Beach, which is known for its big surf and beautiful beach. Held on the doorstep of the bustling Broadbeach dining precinct, the event is guaranteed to provide plenty of entertainment for spectators who can watch competitors battle it out during the week of heart-pumping action both on and off the water. With more than 300 surf life saving events to be held over the week long event, competitors will be put to the ultimate test to determine who is the best in the business.
